Total Core classes at Cotton Fitness Club take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 9.30am. Dedicated entirely to core training, the session focuses on abdominals and lumbar via plyometric, torsion, stabilization and explosivity exercises with a variety of equipment used throughout.
Classes take place in the stylish surrounds of Cotton Fitness Club in San Antonio, set on the stunning west coast of the island and are suitable for all levels.
