Zero seller’s fees? Yes, you read right. At the moment, sellers are usually charged around five or six percent commission when they list their homes with an agency. This fee is listed on top of the property’s asking price, so when a buyer pays on completion of a sale, the agency deducts their commission – a fee which is often shared between multiple collaborators. It’s a standard practice in Ibiza, however around the UK and in other savvy property markets, it’s quickly becoming outdated.
