Surrounded by beautiful cliffs, Es Torrent is an unspoiled beach made up of mostly pebbles and a very small strip of sand. Not for day-partiers or disco bunnies, you’ll spy signs in various languages that expressly forbid radios and beach balls, making Es Torrent the perfect playa for those who need to a quiet day to de-stress. Silence is golden! The clear blue water is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Who goes there?
The air of decorum around the place suggests that the (slightly pricey) beach beds are often reserved by high-end Es Torrent restaurant regulars; it’s generally dominated by an older crowd looking for peace and quiet.
When to go
Rarely too busy, any time of day is the perfect time to head to Es Torrent for a quiet, serene time – keep in mind though, parking is limited.
