Erika honed her crafts in Ayurvedic kitchens in India, Bali and Nepal, inspired to enrich her knowledge after training and working as a classical chef training in Milan. Believing food is a medicine, she uses a combination of ancient knowledge, modern techniques and intriguing tastes to deliver high powered nutritional punches that appeal to all appetites.
