Es Mirador Formentera

With (almost!) the entire island stretched out before you, there is no greater place to view Formentera than from the terrace of La Mola restaurant Es Mirador.

Found high on a hilltop, the rustic restaurant is open from 1pm until 4pm for lunch and 7pm until 11pm for dinner – specialising in traditional Mediterranean fare such as paella and seafood rice. For the early birds, the cafeteria is open for coffee and snacks in the mornings, but our tip is to visit as the sun sets – a breathtaking natural spectacular that’s definitely worth bringing your camera for!
