Set in a beautifully restored ancient finca on the iconic San Juan ‘restaurant road’, A Mi Manera is a magical place to see in the new year. The charming venue begins its NYE celebrations on Saturday evening with a four-course set Mediterranean menu with an Italian family influence for 150€ per person (excluding drinks).
The decadent dinner begins with an impressive selection of seasonal starters – think mini-Wagyu tartare with quail egg, smoked artichoke carpaccio and pumpkin flan among others – followed by festive first courses such as fusilloni with monkfish, or Champagne risotto with caviar and truffles. Tuck into a delectable slow-cooked Angus fillet on truffle parmentier for your main course and be sure to save room for dessert including textured cheesecake with salted caramel sauce and the chef’s own Panettone.
