New Year’s Eve – The Sacred Fire of New Year

The team at VIVO Bistrot have quickly become been known for their conscious menu and community vibe since opening earlier this year. This Santa Gertrudis favourite is keeping the festivities going through to New Year’s Eve with an evening specially designed to honour the universality of new beginnings.

Their unique event – The Sacred Fire of New Year – features an Asian set menu journeying into the flavours of the sea (with vegan options available), with dishes such as fried rice nigiri with flambé salmon, red prawn carpaccio, lobster Pad Thai and more. Music is an essential element in the VIVO Bistro realm and a DJ set from DJ Etna and Rebecca Sadr from Giardino Dei Visionari completes the experience. The fire ceremony takes place at midnight, leading us into day 1 of 365 new blessings – reservations recommended.
