The Cuts & Wines concept created by Johannes Goller has been popping up all over the island over the past year, but and the announcement of the event’s new weekly residency at island institution Ibiza Underground gives islanders and holidaymakers a new place to come together in 2022. Taking place every Wednesday night from 9pm, the Cuts & Wines team will be serving up a selection of grilled Argentinian street food specialties, with a soundtrack curated by a selection of very special guest DJs. There’s also a limited number of tables available each week to enjoy the signature Cuts & Wines set menu of hand-picked exceptional meats served with organic wines from Ibiza and Argentina. Reservations highly recommended.
