Intimate, sleek and chic, Noja by Cotton Food Lab sets the scene for discerning diners to choose between its unique Japanese-Nordic à la carte options or a bespoke winter menu crafted by celebrated guest chef Boris Buono and the Ibiza Food Studio team.
Whether your meal has been sourced from Scandinavia and created using ancient Japanese techniques or foraged from the Ibiza forests and transformed into high-level Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, both menus have precision, passion and quality at their core. The creative collaboration continues throughout January and February – open from Wednesdays to Sundays between 5pm and 11pm.
