Christmas Eve Dinner

Christmas comes early at Six Senses Ibiza this year, with a Family Christmas Eve Dinner in The Farmers’ Market starting at 7pm. The seasonal set menu (with vegetarian options available) is 120€ per person, and brimming with fresh Mediterranean flavours.

Start with an olive and vermouth bombon with butternut pumpkin muffins and festive kombucha, alongside a succulent red prawn aromatic salad with Hierbas Ibicenca. Next up, a traditional buillit fish stew with wild chard and pickled sea fennel, and a decadent local Wagyu beef ravioli with potato foam, carob and black truffle, before a Christmas-inspired chestnut cake and ice cream for dessert. Open to hotel guests, islanders and visitors alike – reservations are essential.
