Reopening

In the heart of Santa Gertrudis hides a secret garden of gastronomy that has been delighting island foodies since 2018. After a brief winter hiatus, the unassuming and authentic finca-style restaurant reopens its doors for the summer season this Thursday March 30, 2023, offering a secluded dining sanctuary for those in the know.

During his break, head chef Sergio Cardeñosa has travelled across the Med in search of inspiration for new dishes, and he’ll be presenting his new creations alongside classics with a dynamic twist every night from 7pm (excluding Tuesdays). Finca La Plaza is also open for lunch on weekends – don’t forget to book in for the first Sunday Roast of the season on April 2, 2023, too!
