Michelin Star Night

This Thursday June 08, 2023 sees two maestros of Spanish fine cuisine unite in the kitchen at Ibiza Gran Hotel’s flagship restaurant, La Gaia by Óscar Molina, for a very special 4 Hands Dinner experience, also known as a Michelin Star Night.
The first chef is, of course, the award-winning man behind La Gaia and on this occasion, Molina is joined by renowned Murcia chef – and another Michelin Star winner – Pablo Gonzalez of Cabana Buenavista fame. Tables at this one-of-a-kind gastronomic event will be in high demand, as the two chefs collaborate to create an innovative tasting menu that showcases the finest in local produce paired with accompanying wine from Ibiza.
