Hierbas Ibicencas Workshop

Ibiza and Hierbas Ibicencas go hand-in-hand and this Saturday, in collaboration with Ibi Eco Activities, La Torre Ibiza hosts a special workshop where you can learn to prepare the traditional liquor. In the process, you’ll get familiar with the variety of native herbs used to create the digestive drink, be taught about the medicinal nature of some of the plants and bottle up your very own blend to take home – the perfect after-dinner tipple.

The cost of the workshop is 25€ per person, including all materials and ingredients, and reservations are essential. Afterwards, stick around for sunset and dinner as DJs spin a Balearic soundtrack and the kitchen serves up creative cuisine with a view.
