The pool area at Las Mimosas is crowned by Mimo’s Restaurant, which provides delicious breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. Open from early morning to midnight, Mimo’s is a social hub for hotel guests and visitors alike. The wood-fired oven delivers pizzas, pastas are a highlight, and the open grill builds on classic Italian cuisine with expertly cooked meats and seafood all of which can be enjoyed at a table or from one of the comfy sunbeds. On Saturdays come early for a yoga class next to the pool at 8.45am before breakfast and or on Sundays stick around for lunch when DJ Manuel Grandi provides the soundtrack from 1pm.
