Hip and stylish new venue, The Olive Boutique Hotel & Spa, in the holiday resort of Cala Llonga, offers a monthly Hierbas Making Workshop + Luxury Mimosa Brunch on selected Thursday mornings this summer. Meet your guides at the hotel, with their limitless knowledge of the flora and fauna of Ibiza, then head into the woods to forage for the wonderful selection of fresh herbs needed to blend into your very own bottle of Hierbas Ibicencas, Ibiza’s legendary after-dinner liquor.
After creating your bespoke Hierbas to take home, enjoy a delicious two-course brunch by the side of the sparkling hotel pool served with some well-deserved, freshly made mimosas. The experience – including ingredients, workshop, and brunch – is priced at 79€ per person, with prior reservation essential.
