The journey of flavours begins again at Chiringuito Blue on the sunny shores of Santa Eulalia Bay this week, as the beachfront restaurant opens its doors for the season on Friday followed by an opening celebration held on Sunday. As the talented kitchen team – helmed by Executive Chef Ziv Reshef Simchoni in collaboration with famed consultant Haim Cohen – take tastebuds on a journey around the Mediterranean, from the east to Ibiza, you’ll be entertained by special guest DJs Pippi and Vidal Rodriguez.
Good news for families is that the eco-conscious kids’ corner opens from 1pm (there’s a fab children’s menu too), so you can kick back and celebrate the opening in true Ibiza style, knowing the little ones are having the time of their life playing games, face painting, creating arts and crafts and making new friends of their own.
