The Sunday brunch showcases the best homegrown produce from the island and features culinary stations brimming with oysters, antipasti, veggies and focaccia, plus homemade cakes and ice cream. Starters include shakshuka Ibiza style eggs, eggs Benedict, crispy chicken Caesar and more, while mains include braised local beef cheeks, a Xarraca catch of the day, and of course, the hotel’s signature roasted cauliflower among other delicious dishes.
