Ibiza health & beauty: Featured class – Functional Training

Training to the max – the whole body, with and without weights. During this class, participants focus on multi-articular movements combined with analytical exercises. The session is conducted by time of activity and rest periods, and progression is achieved via varying intensity. Improve your overall fitness, strength, core control and coordination every Monday, Wednesday and Friday: classes take place at 9.30am and again at 7.30pm. Non-members welcome.
