In the centre of Santa Gertrudis, Numero 74 L’Atelier is a new concept for Ibiza. Part store, part Ibiza healthy eating cafe, part interactive family space, the brand is recognised globally for it’s ethically sourced organic cotton design label and the team behind it has worked together for many years. A shaded terrace hosts an urban vegetable garden at the entrance, to the rear a yoga deck offers space for family workshops overlooking the village playground, while the interior is a cornucopia of creativity.
From 9.30am, the intimate Numero 74 L’Atelier kitchen opens and an extensive, colourful buffet is laid out on the counter, enticing guests to enter. With a set menu price all day long, you can fill up your plate as often as you wish, and choose from a range of healthy dishes, made using mainly organic and local produce. Behind the counter, the kitchen team keep busy preparing fresh and creative dishes for the Ibiza healthy eating restaurant as needed.
Breakfast at Numero 74 L’Atelier features chia pots or natural yoghurt with berries and homemade granola. There’s warm croissants, and pan con tomate or a spicy shakshouka with free-range eggs. From midday, Ibiza healthy eating enthusiasts will love buffet options like the quinoa or beetroot salads, sitting alongside delectable roasted eggplant, baked tortilla, gazpacho and more. The Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired menu changes daily, depending on the produce available.
In addition to creating an authentic Ibiza healthy eating restaurant with a difference, the founder of Numero 74 L’Atelier, Tara, had a vision to create a space where parents could discover their creativity alongside their naturally inquisitive children. Around the store, you’ll find weaving looms, paint sets and a library. Workshops run all day at affordable prices, to encourage families to collectively join in – there is always something to engage and entertain, with a feeling of being right at home.
