For an airport which see over 6 million passengers a year pass through its doors, Ibiza airport is actually pretty small. A key holiday destination for the rest of Europe, in season (from mid-May to October) Ibiza airport has direct flights from 19 different airports in the UK, nine in Spain airports, 13 in Germany, seven in Italy and three in France, as well as flights from Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland and Ireland.
Flights from main hubs including London and Barcelona are daily all year round, with a number of budget airlines including EasyJet and Ryan Air bringing hoards of holidaymakers to the white isle during mid to high season only. British Airways runs a regular service (between London City and Ibiza) while Ryan Air, Vueling, Air Europa and Iberia run cheap daily flights between Ibiza, Barcelona, Valencia, Palma de Mallorca and Madrid, making Ibiza easily accessible for any European travellers.
