Pershing Yacht Terrace at 7Pines Resort Ibiza is an Ibiza bar and restaurant designed in conjunction with the luxury yacht makers of the same name. The collaboration marries the chic Italian design principles of the world’s classiest motorboats with the stunning views and elegant ambience of 7Pines Resort Ibiza, culminating in what can only be considered the coolest watering hole on the island.

It is the very first high-end bar in the island’s west that serves an extensive list of signature cocktails, all the classics plus a carefully curated selection of fine liquors and naturally, all that’s exceptional from the 7Pines Resort Ibiza wine cellar. A select range of cigars is also on offer for those partial to a smoldering taste of luxury, while the cuisine is served izakaya-style and improved only by that spectacular view.

The iconic Pershing 9X Yacht inspired the shape of the main Ibiza bar – a world recognised design that seamlessly matches and complements the stunning view across the Mediterranean. With chilled beats and a relaxed ambience, Pershing Yacht Terrace provides the perfect backdrop to the dazzling colours of the setting sun. Bar Manager Alessio Roscioli has created a bespoke ‘Compass Rose’ cocktail menu for the venue, to honour its seafaring roots while directing guests to different island coordinates and matching them with innovative and avant garde flavour combinations.

If you’re feeling peckish, the izakaya menu is ideal for sharing with friends, light, fresh and with a lot of variety. Starters include No2 Gillardeau Oysters, Hamachi tiradito with ponzu and black truffle plus soft-shell crab tempura with chili cream, and Peruvian seabass ceviche among others. Mains include Singaporean chili lobster, miso-marinated black cod, and Chilean Wagyu tataki, while the raw bar boasts a special selection of expertly sliced, diced and rolled bites from the raw bar 

In the high summer months, visitors are treated to a selection of live music from visiting performing artists, providing a soundtrack to the iconic Ibiza sunset view and Monday nights are Sushi Nights. While stars commence their glittering dance across the sky, Pershing Yacht Terrace transforms into a hub of conversation, connection and quality libations all wrapped up in a unique Ibiza bar vibe.
