The cuisine concept at the Ibiza beach restaurant is a fresh, innovative take on traditional Mediterranean fare, with bold flavours, organic local produce, superfoods and innovative sharing plates.  Many ingredients are plucked daily from Aiyanna Ibiza’s own organic vegetable garden while the freshest fish and meat are sourced from the island’s very best suppliers. Think delicious marinated salmon with buckwheat tabbouleh, cucumber, apple, avocado, creamy horseradish and caviar to start; tender roasted cauliflower with miso sauce, lime, crushed cashew nuts and agave for main; and rich chocolate ganache with a golden berry gel and roasted almond ice cream for dessert.

Away from cuisine, there’s plenty to keep visitors busy. Don’t miss the daily yoga sessions overlooking the sea, an integral part of Aiyanna Ibiza’s wellness programme. An opportunity to experience the Med at its most serene, it’s a nourishing way for body and mind to start the day that begins at 9am every Monday to Friday.
