A fresh food concept for 2019 sees a new menu for the Ibiza beach restaurant specifically designed by Maya Beach Club executive chef and author Pietro Cuevas and head chef Juan Carlos Cuadrado to take advantage of Ibiza’s abundant produce. Locally caught fish and island-grown vegetables create the highest quality dishes, such as oysters with red onion lemon mignonette and lemon pearls, or Sea Bream Ceviche with lime, giant corn kernels and sweet potato chips. Vegan and vegetarians will be pleased to discover the freshest of salads, tacos, or avocado tempura with Kimchi Mayo.
