The food philosophy of Bambuddha Ibiza comes from the personal journeys, adventures, explorations, and experimentations of restaurant founder and veritable Ibiza icon John Moon. Opened in 1999, Bambuddha has undergone many changes – from hippie hangout to Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Ibiza 2013. Part of that evolution has been the creative merging of flavours from afar.
