Hot new Ibiza beach restaurant Cotton Beach Club takes your taste buds on a trip around the world via a modern, fusion menu created by head chef Marcelo Eufrosino Rodrigues and inspired by the owners’ global travels.
Konnichiwa! Taking you to Japan via the stunning Rooftop Sushi Bar is the famed sushi chef Evert Broer, who has collaborated with Cotton Beach Club to create the sushi menu for summer 2014. In addition, on the restaurant terrace, you can try tuna tartar tinged with a Japanese edge – zingy wasabi sorbet served on the side!
Hola! Well, we are in Spain after all, so it makes sense to give a nod to the motherland via the tapas menu, which includes traditional favourites like Iberico ham served with bread and tomato, padron peppers with potato and parmesan (watch out for the occasional spicy one!), fried artichokes and the never fail Patatas ‘Bravas’.
