Wednesday: As the weather cools down, Nagai is primarily serving the new Winter Fusion menu plus a sushi menu in the evenings. And when we say fusion, we mean a veritable melting pot of flavours hailing from all over the globe – Japanese, Italian, traditional Spanish, Thai, Indian and much, much more. Thursday: Take a leisurely drive through the countryside until you reach the village of San Juan, where The Giri Café awaits, a modern escapist’s haven in the middle of the quaint village. Friday: Making the most of the fresh, seasonal produce available in Ibiza, Sandy’s Bar & Restaurant co-owner and chef Benedict Gorman changes his menu daily on the blackboard.
