Sunset tapas dishes at Cone Club have been designed to share among friends, and include crunchy goat cheese rolls drizzled in honey and citrus; classic Iberian ham croquetas, everyone’s favourite Cantabrico anchovies and the must-try sobrasada a Balear, a traditional cured sausage made with Balearic black pork.
The Ibiza restaurant‘s extensive à la carte menu has something for every appetite and dietary requirement. Start with a spicy seabass ceviche, tuck into crispy codfish fried in cuttlefish ink tempura and dipped in light aliolo and lemon zest, or savour the beef tartar or a sweet and savoury beetroot salad, served carpaccio style with feta cream, mustard seeds and micro herbs.
For mains, there’s a plethora of choices ranging from melt-in-your-mouth spinach and ricotta ravioli in sage butter and a choice of oxtail or mushroom risottos, to the decadent lobster tagliatelle with a bisque sauce. Fresh from the Cone Club grill are burgers – choose vegetarian or Wagyu – plus the sweet Iberian ‘pluma’ (a popular pork cut), corn-fed boneless chicken or red snapper, grilled tenderloin and much more.
