The Ibiza restaurant’s nightly Sunset Rituals are what draws locals, hotel guests and visiting travellers to the glistening western shore every night from 6pm throughout summer. A curated selection of the island’s most talented resident DJs – plus a handful of surprise special guest artists and live musicians – set the scene through perfectly timed, genre-hopping soundscapes that evoke raw emotion, pure happiness and a sense of togetherness throughout the crowd.

Making new best friends over delectable cocktails and tasty tapas is all part of the ritual. Colourful, low-slung seating on the terrace creates the feeling of an outdoor living room, while communal tables inside the Ibiza restaurant encourage convivial conversation. The air sizzles with anticipation of things to come and Cone Club is where it all begins.

The Ibiza restaurant‘s sunset menu focuses on Spanish flavours, with a selection of tapas dishes like crunchy goat cheese rolls drizzled in honey and citrus; classic Iberian ham croquetas, everyone’s favourite Cantabrico anchovies and the must-try sobrasada a Balear – a traditional cured sausage made with Balearic black pork. As Es Vedrá is silhouetted by the sun’s final rays, the Sunset Ritual comes to a close but the night at Cone Club is far from over.

After dark, the Ibiza restaurant‘s extensive à la carte menu takes centre stage, brimming with irresistible starters like a spicy seabass ceviche; mussels marinara; and a sweet and savoury beetroot carpaccio with feta cream. For mains, diners are spoilt for choice, with highlights including the melt-in-your-mouth oxtail or mushroom risottos; decadent lobster tagliatelle with a bisque sauce and signature burgers – Wagyu or veggie – fired fresh off the Cone Club grill.

In addition to the nightly Sunset Rituals, Cone Club also hosts a monthly pop-up artisan market in collaboration with Pure Seven – the hotel’s in-house spa – showcasing local fashion brands, traditional gastronomy, traditional crafts and hand-made beauty products, all made by the local community. Another season highlight includes the second annual Fashion Show on August 19, when the Ibiza restaurant partners with NM Events to present a high-level couture catwalk show, complemented with live entertainment and a special one-off menu created by executive chef Óscar Salazar.
