Starting with seminal Las Salinas beach restaurant Jockey Club, where we like to take a seat up on the terrace just before the sun goes down, to tuck into this succulent tenderloin steak, filled with cheese, grilled to perfection and then topped with a rich and creamy sauce of Porcini mushrooms and brandy. Served with a mushroom risotto cake and grilled asparagus.
