Let’s just get one thing straight. The White Ibiza team are total connoisseurs when it comes to lemon tart. If we could, we’d eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The zesty tang, the crisp pastry, the ever-so-slightly glazed top… you’ve never seen a dish disappear so quickly from the plate than when the White-ettes share a lemon tart (which is silly really, because then we always order a second portion) and we’re happy to report that the homemade lemon tart at Sandy’s Bar & Restaurant – courtesy of head chef Benedict Arnold – totally takes the cake (excuse the pun) when it comes to dessert… Simple, delicious and well worth saving space for after lunch or dinner!
