Taking the DNA of the original IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar, THE ENTOURAGE GROUP transformed it to suit its lively Balearic location – a summer resort attracting the laid–back, sun-seeking elite, smart party lovers and discerning diners. Just a five-minute walk from the centre of Ibiza town, on the ground floor of the five-star Sir Joan hotel, the Ibiza fine dining space is a hub of urban cool with indoor and outdoor space to allow optimum fine dining and convivial mingling. 

The world-class cuisine at IZAKAYA is a combination of modern Japanese fare with a South American twist – Ibiza fine dining at its best. Plates are small – perfect for Mediterranean-style sharing and taking a leap on something you’ve never tried before.

Once dinner is over, head to the bar at IZAKAYA where the Ibiza fine dining escapades continue in the sleekest of surroundings. Naturally, traditional Japanese Shōchū and Sake are available, but be sure to also sample delights from the extensive, Asian-inspired cocktail list and the vast selection of international fine wines, housed in a giant state-of-the-art wine fridge at the centre of the 360-degree island bar.

Executed in striking black polished steel and crystal glass, it’s more like a wine library than a men. This bar has become the beating heart of the Ibiza fine dining restaurant – where DJs set the energetic vibe throughout dinner, and where guests mingle and join each other for a cocktail shaken by IZAKAYA’s award-winning bartenders before heading off into the glamorous Ibiza night.
