The flamboyant flowerwall entrance of STK Ibiza immediately indicates an Ibiza restaurant with a difference. Set beneath the four-star Hotel El Corso in glamorous Marina Botafoch, this globally renowned brand combines outstanding cuisine with exceptional performances to deliver an interactive dinner disco experience that has everybody on their feet by the end of the night.
With branches across the USA as well as London and Dubai, STK Ibiza is a uniquely different offering from your average steakhouse. For a start, the clientele is around 80% female, with groups of girls making up many tables. When Eva Longoria was looking for an Ibiza restaurant to celebrate with her girl squad, STK Ibiza fit the bill perfectly. A lively atmosphere is encouraged by the killer soundtrack, and roaming performers make everybody feel part of the action.
Thanks to the clientele, the STK Ibiza menu is varied including vegetarian and gluten-free options, as well as salads or starters that can be shared or eaten as lighter mains. Of course the USDA prime grass-fed fillet is a favourite and the Spanish Rubia Gallega Rib Eye is hard to beat, but beyond the steaks at this sleek Ibiza restaurant, there is a lot to love in the salmon, gently seared on plank of cedar wood to infuse a smoky flavour, or the delicately tangy Hamachi Tiradito with yellow pepper and mango, added to the menu from Head Chef Matteo Bartaletti’s recent Peruvian travels.
The side dishes at STK Ibiza are stars themselves, with comforting mac and cheese and finger-licking parmesan truffle chips. Desserts include a show-stopping Isla Blanca mousse, of whipped coconut and tequila, with a lime sorbet side that would go perfectly with a signature cocktail. Or order your daiquiri super sized, in a 1.5 litre glass to share. Dancing on the tables at this Ibiza restaurant is sure to follow.
