The hot new buzzword on the Ibiza beach club scene this summer is Experimental Beach Ibiza – the beachside concept by the internationally renowned Experimental Cocktail Club (ECC). We love the super cool, bespoke punch options (designed by ECC bartenders in London and Paris) on the menu, served up in giant conch shells for four people to share (although you can also order a single serving of course!). Perfectly fresh and fruity for summer is the Experimental Pimms Punch (as pictured), a lush blend of Pimm’s No. 1, fresh pineapple, fresh strawberries, basil, homemade pomegranate syrup
and lemon juice.
