Es Trull de Can Palau Cheescake Crumble

An interesting take on the traditional tiramisu, head chef Borja Mendoza at Es Trull de Can Palau has created a deconstructed cheescake of sorts. Starting with a biscuity crumble, to break off and dip into the cream cheese and top with a fresh strawberry, cream and a sprinkling of pistachios for extra crunch, it’s beautiful to look at and even better to taste.
