New for 2024 are two transformative Wellness Retreats: Origen (June 1 to 4, 2024) and Performance (September 14 – 17, 2024), each including three nights’ accommodation at 7Pines Resort Ibiza along with daily breakfast and spa acesss in addition to the daily programmes. Origen taps into Ibiza’s heritage – think in Nidra meditation, yoga, Afro-Rhythm sessions. scenic hikes and sunrise nature walks; a candle-making worksho, rejuvenating reflexology and more – while Performance is immsersed in nature and movement, and including hiking, kayaking and water Pilates, complemented with therapeutic treatments.
