From 11am until 4pm, join M Wellness personal trainer and Gordon Ramsey trained chef Brian Talbot’s healthy cooking classes. Easy to follow, easy to learn, easy to cook and of course, amazing to eat, you’ll discover new, fresh, light and tasty ways to prepare food, starting with a trip to the market to buy the ingredients and finishing by dining in the M Wellness kitchen, over a glass of organic wine (or two!). Places are limited to eight per week, so book early to ensure you don’t miss out.
