Every Saturday between 11am and 3pm, M Wellness expert personal trainer and chef Brian Talbot (trained by Gordon Ramsey, no less) holds healthy cooking master classes, starting starting with a trip to the market to buy the ingredients and finishing by dining in the M Wellness kitchen, over a glass of organic wine (or two!). Easy to follow, easy to learn, easy to cook and of course, amazing to eat, you’ll discover new, fresh, light and tasty ways to prepare food – spaces are limited to eight each week, so book early to ensure you don’t miss out.
