Spring has sprung in Ibiza, and with it comes all new motivation to get healthy, get in shape for summer and get into your yoga practice and Hot Yoga Ibiza has not one, not two, but THREE great reasons to get you off the sofa and into the studio this month.
REASON TO DO YOGA #1: AMAZING NEW OFFERS
Six months for 600€! Yes, you read it correctly – students who sign up for the all-new ‘Summer Pass’ between April 1 and April 30, 2015 will pay the discounted rate of just 600€ for a full six-month season of unlimited yoga.
Even more reasons to attend class – bring a friend to try the regular residents’ ‘introductory week’ offer of 35€ for seven days of unlimited yoga (valid for island residents or workers with a contract), and you receive a 35€ discount on your own next monthly yoga pass (conditions apply, ask in studio for more details).
REASON TO DO YOGA #2: COOL (WARM) NEW CLASS TO ATTEND
Just because the studio is called Hot Yoga Ibiza doesn’t mean all classes are heated up to 42 degrees. Nope. Not at all. Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow classes have always been held in the studio minus heat, and last year also saw the launch of CORE 40 classes, practiced without heat. In 2015, Hot Yoga Ibiza founder and instructor Sebastien Carincotte introduces a new class on middle ground – Warm Hatha Yoga.
Practiced in a room heated to a balmy 30 degrees celsius, the speedy class takes place in just 65 minutes, making it perfect for those on a lunch break, in a rush or who say they ‘just don’t have time for yoga’. The class offers a full mind and body workout, based on the Bishnu Gosh lineage of yoga, as are most of the other classes at Hot Yoga Ibiza. Warm Hatha Yoga classes take place on Monday at 7pm and Tuesday at 2.30pm, with students of all levels welcome to attend.
REASON TO DO YOGA #1: NEW CONVENIENT CLASS TIMETABLE
The Hot Yoga Ibiza timetable has been restructured with the new summer sunshine, busy working hours and social schedules in mind, and now includes easy-to-attend 65-minute classes for those uber-busy bees, post-school run Ashtanga and CORE 40 sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.15am, a lovely lengthy two-hour CORE 40 class for the enthusiasts on Saturdays plus all your favourite Hot Yoga timeslots throughout the week. There’s something for all yogis!
