Starting the day early, the El Chiringuito breakfast menu includes classics (yet hard-to-find in Ibiza) like Eggs Benedicte or Florentine, freshly baked pastries, homemade, organic granola and the popular deluxe pancakes with maple syrup and seasonal fruits or bacon and blueberries.

As the clock strikes 1pm, lunch is served – an expertly devised selection of modern, Mediterranean dishes with French and Ibicenco touches by head chef Jerome Palayer. Highlights include the delectable homemade beech wood smoked salmon, fresher than fresh Mediterranean lobster and Ibicenco prawns, sea bass roasted in a sea salt crust and beach classics like Calamari Andaluz and the famous Chiringuito Beefburger.

To quench your thirst, the wine list boasts an impressive international selection while the juice bar offers freshly squeezed fusions and custom created cocktails (like a chilli and coconut mojito) all day long.
