Perched perfectly on the seaside at Cap des Falco is open for lunch, sunset cocktails and dinner daily throughout the summer season.
Understanding that international visitors to Ibiza are seeking a truly local, authentic experience, ECC enlisted head chef Alex Larrea to create a locally inspired menu, perfect for lazy lunches at the seaside or romantic sunset dinners.
Sourcing only the highest quality, fresh, local ingredients, the menu is a cool combination of traditional tapas dishes, light, summery starters plus beach classics, luxe grilled meats and seafood that is second to none.
For guests wishing to imbibe under the sun, or the shade, the cocktail menu – created by Experimental Cocktail Club bartenders in London and Paris – brings back last year’s favourites plus a few new additions. A twist on the Aperol Spritz and a new cachaça tipple join the Pineapple Express and Old Cuban, plus new cocktails served up in giant conch shells complete with five straws for sharing… although they’re so delicious, no one would blame you if you didn’t want to share!
