Ever inventive, head chef Luisma Naranjo has put an imaginative twist on the traditional Turkish pide, blending Greek and Ibicencan flavours with a Turkish classic to create a dish that pops with flavour.

The thinly rolled spelt base offers a crisp and nutty foundation to the mountain of ingredients that lay upon it.
