Sure – most Ibiza restaurants start your lunch or dinner with Bread & Aioli, however at Babylon Beach, this is not your average starter. Think fresh sourdough baked onsite and delivered straight to the table from the bakery’s oven; fresh and warm, complete with pizza cutter to slice right through its crispy consistency. The deliciously chewy bread comes topped with 12-hour oven dried organic tomatoes that have been tossed in oil from garden fresh rosemary and seasoned with a dashing of rock salt and is accompanied by traditional house made garlic aioli and a sampling of olives marinated in chilli, fresh herbs, orange juice and olive oil. Babylon Beach takes a popular Spanish dish and transforms it with their quality style and flavour.
