Bambuddha – Iconic Ibiza dining

 

After opening its doors in 1999, Bambuddha quickly became known as a major destination restaurant in Ibiza and today, the iconic space is revered and loved by its loyal legion of fans around the globe.

Fast forward 19 years and while its style remains the same, the restaurant has evolved exponentially in terms of size, menu and philosophy. General Manager Jonjon Moon explains the concept of Bambuddha’s trademarked MediterrAsian menu and its recently adopted conscious ethos, which sees the kitchen using organic ‘happy’ meats and sustainably farmed fish, plus working with a local farm to reduce its carbon footprint.
