Introducing rhythm, colour and flavour of Peru to the island of Ibiza is new pop-up restaurant Barra Peruana by Agrotusrismo Atzaró. Taking inspiration from the largely traditional and cultural cuisine of South American hotspot Lima, you’ll want to sink your teeth into every item on this new menu.

The Grilled Octopus is everything you dream it to be; slightly charred and crispy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, livened up with a zesty red pepper sauce bursting with flavour. The hearty dish is accompanied by a fresh salad of greens, baby corn, freshly picked mushrooms and cherry tomatoes tossed in a whole grain mustard dressing. Perfect for a lunch or dinner.
