The Trio of Chocolate Textures is decadently delightful; a homemade, richly layered chocolate taste sensation where each texture leads beautifully to the next.

At its base, a rich, dark chocolate cookie offers a crumbly yet gooey support and the most perfect foundation to the deep swirls of milk, chocolate cream that cushions the plump, 80-percent dark chocolate mousse that presides atop this mountain of chocolate heaven. The indulgence doesn’t end there. The icing on the cake – or more precisely, the crunch – comes in the form of crisp dark chocolate ‘glass’ that lays delicately upon top, coupled with sticky-sweet caramel and sesame seed shards.
