Ibiza restaurants: Bullit de Peix – Cala Bonita style

Art is created when excellent chefs take the classic dishes of their homelands and stamp them with their own personality. Bullit de Peix was traditionally made by fishermen and has become an island tradition with many variations. At Cala Bonita, the chefs reconstruct this Ibiza favourite in the most exquisite way.

Delicate fillets of John Dory are laid over wedges of local potatoes and emerald green snap peas. The traditional creamy sauce is replaced with a lighter version gently enhancing the subtle flavours of the fish. To finish, baby shoots and edible flowers add a spark of brightness.
