Crab and Clam Spaghettini at Cala Bonita

Hot new beach restaurant Cala Bonita, presiding proudly over the intimate and secluded beach of S’Estanyol, is quickly becoming the island’s most trendy seafood go-to. The flavourful crab and clam spaghettini is one of Martini’s star dishes. Succulent chunks of fresh crab meat are cooked with clams and tossed with local island extra virgin olive oil infused with the zest of lemon, a touch of garlic, green chillies and topped with a sprinkling of fresh herbs, then mixed with al dente spaghettini to create an unforgettably tasty pasta dish.
