Ibiza restaurants: Mussels & Sobrasada with Sardinian Fregola at Cala Bonita

With award-winning Australian chef Karen Martini at the helm of the kitchen of Cala Bonita, expect mouthwatering dishes coming off the pass, one by one. Having the Mediterranean Sea at the beach restaurant’s doorstep ensures the freshest and most succulent seafood dishes are created on a daily basis.

Here, Karen has created a flavourful concept in which the mountain meets the sea; fresh mussels and Ibicencan sobrasada sausage are tossed with Sardinian fregola pasta, chillies, a touch of garlic, saffron that all comes together in a zesty white wine and tomato sauce.
