Street food is one of those worldwide phenomenons that was strangely slow to catch on Ibiza. Perhaps due to strict licensing laws or more likely because the European culture is less geared towards fast food and more aimed at fine dining thing and fabulous chefs. Thankfully for the cosmopolitan clientele of Ibiza however, 2015 saw street food arrive in Ibiza via a hot new restaurant offering a variety of stalls, carts and cuisines in one stunning open-air location.

Heart Ibiza is the visionary creation of Cirque du Soleil creator Guy Laliberte and the holy brotherhood of Spanish chefs, Ferran and Albert Adria. A multi-level, multi-sensory experience, the restaurant is split into two distinct sections – Supper Club and Terrace. It is the bazaar-style area that’s winning the hearts and stomachs of Ibiza’s residents, who pay a set price for all-you-can eat delciousness with starlit views across the port to Dalt Vila.
