Ibiza restaurants: Tarte Tatin at La Dispensa

A very typical dessert found on menus throughout Ibiza, and indeed, the world, Tarte Tatin is given the La Dispensa gourmet twist at the hip Dalt Vila eatery, making it a cut above the rest!

Locally grown apples are caramelised in butter and sugar, before being layered into the tart tray and topped with a homemade, buttery short crust pastry.
