Gorgeous new Ibiza fine dining destination La Imprenta takes eating out to the next level. It now also arrives to your table on bespoke tableware that put the humble white plate to shame.

Take the mouth wateringly delicious Wagyu Beef Cecina for example. The dry-aged meat is sliced oh-so-thinly to perfection, before being individually shaped into the perfect little meaty curls and delicately placed atop a decadent, cushion-like platter complete with gold roped edges doubling as legs. Regal? Indeed – Montoro takes a Spanish classic and elevates it to a meal fit for a king. Beneath your crown jewels of carne lie crispy tostadas topped with the freshest local tomato to team with the perfectly marbled Wagyu slices – try them together or savour the sensation of it melting delicately on your tongue.
